Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome both appointments and walk-ins at all five locations. However, we highly recommend booking in advance — especially on weekends — to guarantee your preferred time and service. You can book directly through each location's website.
What are your general hours of operation?
Most locations are open Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. North Charleston has slightly extended weekday hours. Check each location's page for exact times.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Gift cards purchased at any Luxia location are also accepted.
Can I request a specific nail technician?
Absolutely. We encourage you to request your favourite technician when booking. Please let us know at the time of reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another guest. For group bookings of 4 or more, we require 24 hours' notice. Please visit our Policies page for full details.
Do you offer group bookings or private events?
Yes! Luxia is the perfect venue for bridal showers, birthday celebrations, girls' nights out, and corporate events. Contact us via the form above or email luxianailsspa@gmail.com with your preferred date, party size, and location, and we will create a bespoke experience for your group.
